This is a very popular small kiln for Glass Fusing.  The element is in the kiln lid.   Very easy to use.

NB: These kilns are wired for New Zealand. You will need an electrician to put a plug on the end of the cable and change your 10amp socket 15amp socket (no changes in wiring required).
