Roz Speirs is a self- taught glass artist who finds inspiration in New Zealand’s vast, expansive landscapes and seascapes, dramatic weather patterns that can change in an instant, and the vibrant colours of the changing seasons. Through the medium of fused glass she creates evocative, textured landscapes, seascapes and sculptural pieces inspired by nature which capture the raw essence of New Zealand.
